Howling at the Moon by Javun Lopez
Medium: Acrylic on canvas board
Size: 11 x 14
Artist Bio: My name is Javun Sebastian Lopez, and I am a currently incarcerated inmate in Mount Sterling, Illinois. My definition of freedom is a beautiful place. Somewhere you can watch the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. A place that makes you sad when it’s time to leave. Freedom is to be without fear, judgment, worries, or troubles.
Image description A gray wolf in the lower left corner howls at a large full moon that is centered behind a bare tree on the opposite shore of a river. A green leafy plant adorns the lower right corner.
